This week's challenge is a body mechanics exercise. Your character is to jump forward, roll on the ground and end in a recovery pose.

You can do this any number of ways. It might help to come up with a scenario or a reason for the action to take place.

Nice! I really like the story idea. Also the lines you added at the end of movements of him zipping back behind the trees. I'm going to think about adding a smear frm in this exercise.
